Engr. Onobun E. E. obtained the Bachelors degree (B.Eng.) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Bendel State University (Now Ambrose Alli University), Ekpoma in 1991. He is a COREN registered Electrical Engineer and a member of the following professional bodies: Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP).

Engr. Onobun E. E has a career of over 20 years that cuts across water projects, building and oil & gas and worked in various capacities as project engineer, proposal engineer and proposal manager. He joined the management team of Project Masters Nigeria Limited in 2014.

He is aged 47 years and he is married with Children.
