Shabliy is a Master mariner from the Odessa where he obtained the certification as Master (Unlimited). He has an experience of 25 years in the Marine industry.

Shabliy has worked in various capacities as Marine Chief Engineer on various vessels and upgraded to position of Master and equally has full DP certification. He has worked in different locations around the world, including North Sea, Mozambique, Nigeria, Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. He joined the management team of Project Masters Nigeria Limited in 2015.

He is aged 55 years and is married with children.
